IT Support Technician needed in Lewes | Paying £15.59 per hr | ref 6732
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-line technical support via phone, email, and in person.
* Log, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests using the Service Desk system.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications.
* Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or third-line support when necessary.
* Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions.
* Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with users of all technical levels.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment provisioning.
* Assist with system updates, backups, and routine maintenance tasks.
