Job Description
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.
* Managing correspondence, including emails and telephone calls.
* Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Preparing necessary documents and reports.
* Maintaining an efficient filing system.
* Assisting with project coordination.
* Ensuring office supplies are well stocked and ordered when necessary.
* Contributing to the overall efficiency of the Secretarial & Business Support department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Support Administrator should have:
* An educational background in Business Administration or a related field.
* Experience in administrative roles, ideally within the not for profit sector.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
