Role Expectations: The successful candidate will offer expert advice on various commercial agreements such as terms of business, technology contracts, supplier contracts, software development contracts, licensing and SaaS contracts, marketing and influencer agreements, and agency, distribution, franchising, and licensing agreements. Ideal Candidate Profile: Solicitor in England & Wales. Strong commercial law background from notable city or leading regional firms, with upwards of 8 years' PQE. Ability to work autonomously with a keen eye for detail, and extensive experience in commercial law. Passion for working with entrepreneurial clients, SMEs, start-ups, and scale-ups. Experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members. Ready to start immediately or at short notice.
