Assistant Leader of Premises and Estates at Maltby Learning Trust

Maltby Learning Trust is seeking a proactive Assistant Leader of Premises and Estates to join our motivated and forward-thinking team. This pivotal role ensures our learning environments are safe, high-quality, and inspirational spaces where students thrive.
Maltby Learning Trust is investing in facilities with projects including a £6M redevelopment of the Maltby Grammar Business Hub and a state-of-the-art nursery at Maltby Lilly Hall Academy. The successful candidate will drive future developments and play a key role in shaping the future of our facilities.
Responsibilities
* Report to the Trust Leader of Premises and Estates and work closely with Academy Principals.
* Oversee the Maltby Academy Estate, including Maltby Grammar Business Hub and Maltby Lilly Hall Academy Early Years Centre, and deputise across the Trust’s portfolio.
* Contribute to future developments and maintain high-quality, safe, and inspirational learning environments.
