This role is ideal for an ambitious Conveyancer who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys building relationships through networking and business development, and is confident handling a varied New Build and residential caseload.
The Role
As a New Build Conveyancer, you will manage a broad range of fee-earning responsibilities while working closely with both residential and commercial property specialists. Matters will include new build purchases, residential sales, plot sales, site acquisitions and related finance work.
Key duties include:
Fee-Earning Responsibilities
1. Interviewing clients, taking instructions and maintaining comprehensive file notes.
2. Managing file checklists and ensuring all compliance documentation is complete.
3. Reviewing and analysing source of funds evidence for AML purposes.
4. Issuing client care letters and preparing or reviewing contract packages.
