We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers, to ensure that our customers get the help they need, when they need it. About your role: We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers to ensure our customers receive timely assistance. You will play a pivotal role in our Service Promise of same-day fixes. The base salary is £43,733 with uncapped OTE, with a realistic expectation of £50,400 through our field reward scheme. Supporting our customers is our priority.
Whether attending annual service visits or complex breakdowns, you'll represent British Gas in customers' homes. You'll have support from managers, mentors, and colleagues, but some jobs can be challenging. Experience across various boilers, heating systems, and manufacturers is essential. Here's what we're looking for:
* A dedicated focus on providing outstanding customer experience on every visit
* Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1)
* NVQ, C&G, or equivalent in plumbing or heating
* At least 3 years qualified experience in fault finding and diagnosis
* Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems and boilers
