Ideal position for Care Assistants looking for additional work with availability on weekday mornings. We are looking for care assistants who live in the NG13 area, specialising in the care of residents with dementia and other age‑related illnesses. This role is all about helping residents live happy, enriched lives, providing a friendly face and aiding them in their day‑to‑day routines.
As you get to know the residents you support, you will be able to recognise and help them achieve their personal goals.
Responsibilities
* Domestic tasks
* Follow health and safety guidelines
* Update reports
* Personal care
* Assist with feeding, dressing, bathing
* Provide emotional and physical support

Qualifications
* Proven experience within a similar care environment
* Checkable work history
* Up to date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control (online training available for a fee if certificates are not current)
* In‑date enhanced DBS check (we can arrange a new one if yours has expired)

Typical hours: 07.00–14.00, Monday to Friday.
Pay: £12.35 per hour, plus up to 28 days accrued holiday pay.
