Job Purpose
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. Your contribution will ensure that each individual receives outstanding care adapted to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
* Support with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
* Recognise and celebrate team and individual achievements.
* Work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
* Maintain accurate communication and reporting records.
* Uphold a ‘can-do’ and solution-focused approach to challenges.
Requirements:
* Must be 18 years of age or over
* Subject to a DBS check and two references
* Must be authorised to work in the UK (Sponsorship not available)
