Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, and digital content? Ready to turn your creativity into a career? Wessex Fleet is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Content Creator Apprentice to join our growing marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment while working towards a recognised qualification. You’ll help shape our brand voice across platforms, contribute to exciting campaigns, and create engaging content that connects with our audience.
In this role, you’ll work towards yourLevel 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
* Creating and sending marketing flyers to various audiences (internal, fleet and commercial)
* Creating and editing materials for advertising campaigns (mainly imagery atm but will be expanding to support with video)
* Amending webpages for SEO optimisation
* Creating new webpages, ensuring meta etc all completed and optimising for SEO and UX
* Copy writing support
* Optimising pages in line with UX recommendations we’re shifting towards following
* Reporting on campaigns we’re currently running and being involved with team discussions on what we do based on these
* Social posting support (FB, Instagram and LI pages will be getting more attention once time is freed up!)
* Some CRM support with optimising contact points to customer and improving content
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours&Benefits:
* Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, option to start and finish earlier
* Hybrid working (2 from work, 3 from home)
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
* Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
* Someone fresh and willing to learn
* Analytical
