Flexible Location – Central England
Locations are flexible across Central England, with strong consideration given to candidates in Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds, Nottingham, Leicester and surrounding areas.
Role
* Managing projects from feasibility through to completion and post-handover
* Working across high-volume industrial and distribution centre programmes
* Attending client and site meetings across multiple projects
* Preparing progress reports and managing project documentation
* Managing project costs from scope through to final account
* Supporting procurement, contract administration and programme delivery
* Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors
Requirements
* NEC and/or JCT contract knowledge desirable
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Well organised, commercially aware and proactive approach
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
