Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience + £1,000 company performance bonus per year
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:45 am - 5:00 pm
Work arrangement: 1 day working from home

Job Description
The role involves supporting the Systems Team in maintaining the NetSuite ERP system, other applications, and the company's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include first-line NetSuite support, project tasks, user training, general IT support, and coordination of IT subcontracted services.
Key Duties
1. Managing and supporting the NetSuite database, including development tasks.
2. Providing first-line support for NetSuite users, logging tickets, and escalating issues when necessary.
3. Assisting in NetSuite user training and inductions.
4. Handling first-line general IT issues, including support for new starters and leavers, hardware, software, and other IT-related tasks.
5. Supporting maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems, including internet and third-party software issues.
