We are looking for a reliable and hands-on General Maintenance Team Member to join our team, maintaining HMO accommodation across over 1,300 bedrooms in the Liverpool area.
This is a varied role suited to someone with a strong general maintenance background who can turn their hand to most tasks and takes pride in keeping properties to a high standard and working as part of a maintenance team and able to report back to Office Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repairs across multiple student, professional and social care properties.
General repairs including joinery, basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and decorating
Responding to reactive maintenance issues and completing planned works.
Dealing with fast paced summer turnover period
Identifying and reporting larger repair issues where specialist contractors are required
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Feed back to office staff and use mobile phone software to send jobs, update notes and provide feedback to tenants.
Requirements:
Proven experience in general property maintenance or a similar role
Able to turn your hand to most maintenance tasks
Must be able to work pro-actively...
