Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of various window treatments, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in window treatment installation and have experience with power and hand tools.
Duties
* Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and curtains, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
* Fabricate custom solutions as needed, utilising both hand tools and power tools effectively.
* Read and interpret schematics to execute installations accurately.
* Conduct necessary adjustments to ensure that all installations are plumb and level.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
* Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing installation challenges on-site.
* A valid driver's licence is advantageous for travel between job sites.
* Previous experience with painting or finishing work is a plus but not essential.

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Due to the nature of the role some days you may work over due to travel constraint and or volume of work.
