Location: South East (Hybrid role with occasional travel to our head office in South London)
Working hours: 35 hours per week to include x1 day study time during your working week
Contract: 18 months fixed term position and the start date in this role will be flexible to be discussed further at interview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Employability Support Apprentice to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive learning environment, where you will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to complete your qualification, secure employment, and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
* To undertake a development programme leading to a Level 3 in Business Administration as part of an apprenticeship.
Duties to include:
* To undertake a development programme leading to a Level 3 in Business Administration as part of an apprenticeship
* Supporting the team with daily administrative duties using Microsoft office programmes such as Excel, Word and Teams
* Using a CRM database to access reports for managers and colleagues
* Taking minutes during team meetings
* Supporting our local community venues with data entry and other administrative tasks
* Perform tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
* Provide administrative support to other staff members as required
* Maintaining up to date records
* Supporting with company events as and when required.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
* An ability and willingness to follow instruction and learn new tasks
* Not qualified already to Business Admin Level 3
* A desire to work with those disadvantaged by unemployment
* Good Microsoft office skills including Excel, word and Teams
