About the role
We’re looking for a Group Financial Reporting Manager to play a critical role at the heart of our Group Finance function during an exciting period of transformation and growth.
This is a high-profile, high-impact role, acting as the right-hand to the Group Financial Controller and deputising where required. You will be the technical expert and trusted authority on financial reporting across the Group - the go-to person for the latest accounting standards and their application in complex, international environment.
You’ll take ownership of Group consolidation, external reporting, and technical accounting, while working closely with senior stakeholders - including direct exposure to the executive team.

How you’ll make a difference
1. Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate, high-quality Group consolidated financial statements (monthly and annual), ensuring compliance with FRS 102.
2. Act as the technical accounting lead, providing clear guidance and producing well-reasoned accounting papers on complex issues and new standards.
3. Serve as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and ensuring strong financial governance across the Group.
4. Deputise for the Group Financial Controller, supporting leadership of the financial reporting function.
5. Play a central role in Board reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, delivering clear and insightful outputs.
6. Oversee and continuously improve the external audit process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
7. Drive consistency and compliance with Group accounting policies across international business units.
8. Support strategic initiatives including M&A, restructuring, and cashflow optimisation.
9. Champion continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities.
About you
You’ll be a technically outstanding finance professional who combines strong accounting expertise with the confidence and ambition to operate at a senior level.
10. ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
11. Background in practice (audit) with post-qualification experience in a Group finance function
12. Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 and Group consolidations
13. Experience working in a complex, multi-entity organisation (desirable)
14. Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.
15. Highly organised, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
