As part of our service, you’ll play a vital role in offering stability, hope and encouragement to those who need it most. You’ll be helping to create a safe and consistent environment where young people can grow in confidence, develop new skills and work toward their brightest possible future.

As corporate parents, we believe every child deserves a positive residential experience. If you share that belief—and want to be part of a passionate team committed to making a real difference—this is your opportunity to help transform lives.

The role

We are looking for an inspiring, motivated and talented Residential Manager to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our homes.

If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating environments where young people can truly flourish, this is an exciting opportunity to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact.

You will work closely with our Emotional Wellbeing Team, who provide clinical guidance and support the delivery of our PACE model of care (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity & Empathy). This partnership ensures we continually meet the needs of the young people in our care, while also developing the skills and confidence of the staff team.
