* Position: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d)
* Location: Peter-Müller-Straße 18, EUR Home Office Düsseldorf, DE
* Duration: Initially 1 year, with potential for extension

Aufgaben:
* Betreuung und Einstellung von Führungskräften im Retail Bereich in Deutschland und Polen
* Betreuung von Kandidaten von Bewerbung, über Interviews bis Vertragserstellung sowie Onboarding
* Aufbau eines Netzwerkes innerhalb des Unternehmens
* Aktive Ansprache auf Xing / LinkedIn sowie Mitarbeit an Employer Branding Aktivitäten
* Beratung und Steuerung der Führungskräfte im Einstellungsprozess
* Entwicklung von Recruiting & Sourcing Strategien
Profil:
* Fundierte Erfahrung als Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d)
* Background im filialisierten Einzelhandel oder Logistik von Vorteil
* Sehr gute Beherrschung der gängigen Plattformen wie XING, LinkedIn, Indeed
* Reisebereitschaft
* Fließend in Deutsch und Polnisch sowie fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Englisch
Die Rolle ist vorerst für 1 Jahr befristet zu besetzen.
