We are currently seeking a Weekend Sales Assistant to join and support the Haywards Heath team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling administration and legal documentation
2. Supporting Negotiators & Branch Managers
3. Co-ordinating appointments
4. Liaising with clients and prospective buyers
5. Carrying out ad-hoc property viewings as required
Experience & Skills Required:
1. A positive, determined, and enthusiastic attitude
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Well-presented appearance
4. Willingness to learn and a 'can-do' attitude
5. A full UK driver’s license is essential
6. Previous experience in estate agency or the property sector is preferred but not essential
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
