Audit Operations Senior Administrator
We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide support within a fast-paced, growing audit team of 90 people.

Purpose of the role
Provide administrative support in a fast-paced audit team, including client onboarding, resource planning and onboarding, diary and meeting coordination, audit logistics, and preparation of planning and findings documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Induction of new clients, including direct contact with new client contacts and engagement letters.
* Resource planning – holidays, rolling forward of jobs, training, and general resource management guided by managers.
* Diary management for managers and partners.
* Meeting room coordination for client meetings and internal training.
* Managing audit logistics – booking hotels, train tickets, etc.
* Roll forward of planning and findings reports.
* Word accounting roll forwards.
* Drafting proposal documents guided by partner/manager.
* Sending bills out.
* Audit/accounts completion administration.
Skillset
* Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams.
* Resource management tools.
* Teams and e-conferencing.
* Interpersonal and communication skills.
* Organisational skills and teamwork; ability to take ownership and work within a team.
Person specification
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance.
* Efficient organisational skills with a high degree of accuracy and ability to prioritise workload.
* Demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and discretion.
* Confidentiality and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
* Advanced knowledge of relevant databases and systems.
