Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control and management, procurement, and cost reporting to ensure project budgets are closely monitored and adhered to.
Qualifications
* Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
* Experience with BOQ and Cost Planning, CVR, CSA
* Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and negotiation abilities
* Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Salary & package negotiable upon experience.
£60k depending on experience plus car allowance and life insurance
