Responsibilities
* Analyse large datasets and KPIs to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast market trends, customer behaviour, and financial indicators.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders across regional and cross-functional teams.
* Monitor and evaluate commercial initiatives to optimize business performance.
* Conduct competitor analysis to assess market dynamics and identify emerging trends.
* Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings clearly.
* Deliver monthly trade reporting, revenue, margin, and profitability analysis.
* Support pricing analysis across different regions.
* Enhance the scope of data captured and drive improvements in data quality and consistency.
* Stay up to date with industry best practices and advancements in data analytics. Experience in a fast-paced business environment, working alongside commercial teams.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience with analytical tools such as Power BI and Azure Data Studio.
* Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel expertise.
* Proven experience with SQL and Python.
* Ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven findings to senior stakeholders.
* Proficiency in creating impactful presentations in PowerPoint.
* Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical thinking.
* A proactive, ambitious approach, with the confidence to suggest business improvements.
* Ability to work under pressure and turn challenges into opportunities.
* International business experience (Europe & US) is a plus.
* A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
