This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT. This role is accountable to various KPIs and is responsible for the recruitment, nurturing, and development of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

The Responsibilities
* Represent Everlast Gyms & Roko as an ambassador for fitness
* Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
* Drive revenue from membership sales, product, and secondary income to improve overall gym profitability
* Manage controllable costs such as stock orders and cleaning supplies to prevent wastage and overspend
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
* Ensure processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to high standards
* Promote national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members
* Complete operational processes consistently and to a high standard
* Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
* React resiliently and adaptively to challenges and find solutions
* Manage policies and procedures, including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times

Requirements
* Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
* Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
* At least 1 year of management experience in the fitness industry
* Strong leadership qualities
* Adaptability in communication and management style
* Positive, solutions-driven mindset
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
* Driven, ambitious, and eager to develop
