About the Role
As an SEN TA, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges. Your role will involve:

Hours: Full-time / Part-time (flexible options available)
Contract: Temporary
Pay: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
You will be:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Assisting with tailored learning activities
* Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour
* Supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing
* Collaborating with parents and external professionals
What We’re Looking For

* Experienced in supporting children with SEN (school-based or other relevant settings)
* Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic
* Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Confident in adapting learning to meet individual needs
* Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent)
