Geography Teacher – B92 (Solihull) – Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in the B92 area of Solihull. This is a long-term position with an immediate start, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a thriving Humanities department.

* Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Geography at Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
* Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies
* A commitment to inclusive teaching and student progress
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where needed
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Contribute to departmental planning and whole-school initiatives
* Support students with varying abilities, including those with SEN or EAL needs
