As a key part of the sales team, the role involves building impactful customer relationships in the field and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
This is a new business role; you will seek out new opportunities within industry focus sectors and geographical areas, using prospecting skills, self-generation of leads, and tools like LinkedIn, Google, and CRM.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering new customer and revenue growth, meeting potential customers daily, rain or shine, requiring tenacity and drive.
You will be supported by our in-house marketing team generating leads via HubSpot and digital marketing strategies.
Your responsibilities include identifying and contacting potential customers, assessing needs, suggesting products/services, providing excellent customer experience through active listening, maintaining sales activities in CRM, and staying updated on products and sales techniques.
You should be motivated, competitive, driven, and possess a great personality to succeed in our team.
Experience in workwear or industrial wiper sectors is beneficial but not essential.
Nice-to-have skills include HubSpot, Digital Marketing, and Bedford, England.
Work experience in Business Development or Sales Development roles and speaking English are preferred.
