Head Chef - Wedding and Function Venue - Nr Liskeard - £42K - £45K (NEG)

Rare opportunity for an experienced chef to take the leading role at this beautiful wedding and food event venue. The restaurant and luxury accommodation are situated in stunning converted barns and outbuildings all of which are surrounded by beautifully maintained private gardens with far reaching views.

WHATS REQUIRED FROM YOU AS HEAD CHEF
As Head Chef you will ideally have experience of working in gastropubs or hotels and restaurants and have a passion to produce hearty plates of food from fresh seasonal ingredients. You should be organised, a good communicator, enjoy working with and leading a small team. As Head Chef you will develop menus to showcase your skills taking full advantage of the finest home grown produce.
