Role: Sales Advisor - No cold calling. Warm leads only. Full training provided.
Salary: £26, basic + uncapped commission
Realistic OTE: £35, to £45,

What you will do
1. You’ll be speaking with existing Buy It Direct customers, with no cold calling involved.
2. You will make outbound calls to introduce and sell our warranty services on products such as washing machines and fridge freezers. It’s all about having great conversations, building rapport and helping customers see the value in protecting what they’ve purchased.
3. You will keep our systems up to date with accurate customer information, ensuring every interaction is logged clearly and professionally.
4. By really understanding each customer’s needs, you will spot natural opportunities to upsell and confidently showcase the benefits of our warranties in a way that feels helpful, not pushy.
What we are looking for
• Confident communicators who can quickly build rapport and connect with customers in a natural, engaging way.
• Positive, outgoing individuals with the drive and ambition to achieve and exceed targets.
• Self-motivated and resilient people who stay focused, even when things get challenging.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where effort is rewarded
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential. We are more interested in your attitude, energy and passion to succeed
