Job Description
* Analysing HR data and producing informative reports.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of HR systems and processes.
* Participating in HR projects, providing analytical support.

* Supporting the HR team in managing employee records and databases.
* Conducting research to contribute to HR policy development.
* Assisting in payroll processing when necessary.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Analyst should have:
* Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large data sets.
* Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
* Familiarity with HR laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
