We are working with one of London’s most prestigious member’s clubs looking for a talented Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join the culinary team. The Club has a loyal list of members from all over the world and has built an excellent reputation for high-end cuisine and fantastic service.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes with precision and attention to detail
* Assisting in menu development
* Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
* Supervise and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
* Follow high standards set in place by Head Chef
* Run section efficiently
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Snr CDP in a high-end restaurant or similar environment
* A strong passion for food and an eagerness to learn and grow
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
