Rengen Developments are looking to hire an experienced property manager, due to continued expansion to their in house letting and management team.
A perfect opportunity looking to make the next step in their career to join Rengen Developments, in their Bath Office. You will be managing of portfolio of over 150 beds across central Bath being the point of contact for all incoming tenant maintenance calls and coordinating contractor repairs.
We require a candidate who enjoys a busy office environment and isn't afraid to take on new challenges,
Job Duties.
* Manage a portfolio of 150 properties.
* Handle the deposit returns process
* Conducting check outs.
* Liaising with maintenance contractors.
* Being the first point contact for all tenants and landlords with in the portfolio
* The ideal Property manager.
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Highly organised
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Previous experience in a property management role, ideally student
* Own car and full drivers license (Desirable) Business mileage paid.
Job package for the Property Manager
* Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience)
* Monday to Friday 9am- 5:00pm
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
