Working to deliver the best quality service, you will carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties. Your responsibilities include preparing floors and fitting carpets, vinyl, and wet room floors, including hot welds.
You will receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practices to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Candidates should hold a relevant trade City and Guilds / NVQ Level 2 qualification, with excellent knowledge of H & S. Ideally, candidates will have a background in social housing. We are looking for an experienced Floor Layer who is customer-focused and passionate about completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving license (held for a minimum of 12 months), as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only. Additionally, you should hold a CSCS Card.
