Due to continued growth in the energy and infrastructure market, this role will focus on assisting the Project Manager with day-to-day project activities, helping to maintain project progress, documentation, and communication. Key Objectives Develop an understanding of project commercial and contractual requirements. Support project controls, documentation, and reporting processes. Assist in identifying process improvements and efficiencies. Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and forecasting activities. Support monitoring of budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Help maintain professional and positive client relationships. Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project phases from initiation through to completion. Support communication between technical, commercial, and operational teams. Help track progress, schedule activities, and maintain project documentation. Contribute to risk identification, issue logging, and mitigation tracking. Attend internal and external meetings, preparing minutes, actions, and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety requirements, and company standards. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients as directed by the Project Manager. Provide general administrative and coordination support to keep projects on track. Deliver Results Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet agreed timelines and budgets. Help monitor resources and logistics to support project performance. Communicate clearly when risks, delays, or challenges arise. Use data and reporting tools to support informed decision-making. Consider compliance, risk, and opportunity factors when escalating issues. Stay adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused when supporting project pressures. Support Teams Contribute to the development of effective, collaborative project teams. Maintain clear communication channels across internal and external stakeholders.
