We are currently looking for level 2 and leave 3 early years practitioners for a beauitiful earll y years setting near Wimbledon. Key attributes include: A positive and dedicated attitude and a real passion for childcare and development Being able to provide and sustain a caring environment Being able to work a 40 hour week but would consider 4 days a week Have a minimum NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Childcare and Early Years Education Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Previous 1-2 years experience in nursery setting Encourage independent learning : Through hands-on exploration and problem-solving activities, we help children develop critical thinking and decision-making skills. Build self-confidence and resilience : We support children in making their own choices, celebrating achievements, and learning from challenges. Promote creativity and curiosity : Our learning environment is designed to stimulate curiosity through sensory learning activities and play-based exploration. Foster strong relationships : We cultivate a community that values positive interactions, teamwork, and mutual respect between children, parents, and caregivers.
