As a Junior Sous Chef, you will assist in the creation and execution of diverse and high-quality dishes, ensuring they meet the standards set by the Head Chef, working alongside a passionate team and learning from experienced chefs.
Responsibilities
* Assist in menu planning and execution of dishes under the guidance of the Head Chef
* Maintain high food quality standards and consistency
* Coordinate with kitchen crew on shift duties and timely service
* Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
* Support training and development of junior kitchen staff
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar kitchen role
* Strong culinary skill set and knowledge of kitchen operations
* Capacity to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
