Whilst working and earning, you will benefit from fully funded training on the Government's apprenticeship program to achieve Level 2 Business Administration and beyond. Thompson Wright work with a variety of training providers including local colleges and will support your learning through on the job training and you'll gain practical experience from our existing admin team who'll encourage you to add your own flavour to the mix by being proactive in developing and streamlining processes.
You will gain experience in all aspects of the administrative function in a professional environment, which, if you are ambitious, could set you on the right path to progress in the company.
Your role will include the following:
* Assisting the administration team with various tasks
* Covering our reception desk, answering and directing phonecalls
* Communicating with clients and team managers
* Offer support to the wider practice as needed
We are looking for someone who is:
