The ideal candidate will have either account management or category experience gained in a Tesco-facing role, or a track record of success in the insights sales space. Experience in the fresh or frozen category would be an advantage.
The role follows a hybrid working pattern, with 3 days per week expected across our offices (Hammersmith and Welwyn Garden City).

* Experience using data to influence users and senior stakeholders.
* A strong understanding of the UK retail market and the current challenges and opportunities.
* Resilience, with a positive mindset, driven to find a new path when the first is blocked.
* A relationship builder – comfortable adapting their style to varied internal and external contacts, influencing based on their needs.
* Highly numerate and displaying a structured approach to financial planning and reporting.
* A great communicator, both verbally and digitally, creating simple and actionable solutions.
* Line management experience and evidence of developing their people.
