Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs on commercial heat pump systems
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults across a range of heating and cooling equipment
* Commission new commercial heat pump installations and system upgrades
* Provide technical support and recommendations to customers regarding system performance and efficiency improvements
* Complete service reports, maintenance documentation, and compliance paperwork accurately and efficiently
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with F‑Gas regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and health & safety requirements

What You'll Need
* Previous experience working on commercial heat pump systems
* Strong fault‑finding skills across refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems
* F‑Gas qualification
* Experience commissioning and servicing commercial heating and cooling equipment
* Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent customer‑facing and communication skills
