Housing Manager
Salary £32,000 per annum plus 34 days leave and health cash plan
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) or part time available

What you’ll do
1. Build strong relationships with customers and local partners
2. Manage estates, tackle antisocial behaviour and respond to complaints
3. Carry out safety checks and inspections across our buildings
4. Support lettings and voids, working with local authorities
5. Help customers feel heard, respected and part of their community

You have…
6. Experience in housing management or similar customer-facing role
7. Knowledge of housing law and universal credit, or a willingness to learn
8. A positive, proactive attitude and strong organisational skills
9. Confidence working with external partners and stakeholders
10. A passion for great customer service and community impact

Practical bits
11. You’ll work Monday to Friday with occasional evenings to meet customers.
12. You’ll manage your own diary.
13. You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.
14. You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check that we pay for.
