About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Duct Fitter Mate to join our team on a project in Rochester. You’ll be working alongside experienced duct fitters to assist in the installation of ventilation systems on commercial and/or residential sites.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain further experience in the HVAC or ductwork trade and grow their skills on the job.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting duct fitters with installation of ductwork and ventilation systems
*
Handling tools, materials, and equipment
*
Measuring, cutting, and assembling duct components as needed
*
Ensuring the workspace is kept tidy and safe
*
Following health & safety guidelines at all times
*
Supporting with deliveries and movement of materials onsite
Requirements:
*
Previous site or construction experience preferred
*
Basic knowledge of ductwork or HVAC systems an advantage
*
Valid CSCS card
*
Good work ethic and reliability
*
Ability to work well as part of a team
*
Own PPE (safety boots, high‑vis, hard hat)
