We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Deputy Manager to support the management and leadership of our nursing home team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of nursing care leadership experience and be a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN). This role involves both administrative and clinical responsibilities, ensuring high-quality care and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Home Manager in overseeing nursing and care services.
* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
* Participate in administrative tasks during office hours, with occasional shift work as needed.
* Monitor care delivery, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
* Promote a safe, professional, and supportive environment for staff and residents.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid registration.
* Minimum 2 years of nursing care leadership experience (essential).
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage both office and clinical responsibilities effectively.
* Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach to care.
