The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented, creative, progressive and highly skilled Art department at the beginning of a period of significant change at the school – moving the school from delivering good educational provision to something that is genuinely world class.
BCCS has a vibrant and dynamic Art and Design Technology department of 5 teachers working across 5 rooms. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and organised Art & DT Technician who will play a vital role in supporting our teachers to be able to focus on delivering the technical and creative processes that help to elevate our students' achievements and encourage artistic growth. This will involve ordering and preparing materials, maintaining specialist equipment, and supporting both staff and students in the delivery of a broad and ambitious art curriculum within an environment where creativity and student expression are celebrated.
