Job Title: Administrator
Salary: Competitive
Hours: 40 Per Week 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Location: Ufford

About Your New Role

Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? My client is looking for a confident and capable Personal Assistant / Branch Administrator to support our Branch and Sales Manager and help keep their busy branch running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Providing dedicated PA support to the Branch and Sales Manager
Managing incoming calls and maintaining the branch switchboard
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
Assisting with general administration across departments
Creating sales quotations, processing invoices, and issuing delivery notes
Handling daily cashiering tasks and coordinating with Head Office
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and regular updates to the sales database
Supporting the sales team during trade shows and events
Conducting monthly stock checks on domestic items
Facilitating clear, timely communication within the team
Delivering a consistently professional and customer-focused serviceWhat My Client Is Looking For:
Strong communication skills with a confident, professional phone manner
Ability to work well with people at all levels
Discretion and reliability when handling confidential matters
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
High attention to detail in both written and numerical work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, approachable, and a positive team player
