The Role
* Supporting technical aspects of Drama and Music lessons
* Managing lighting, sound, and staging for productions and events
* Maintaining performance equipment and technical systems
* Assisting with rehearsals, performances, and school productions
* Ensuring health & safety compliance within performance spaces
* Supporting examination performances and technical assessments
* Managing stock, resources, and technical documentation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Previous experience in theatre, stage management, or technical production
* Strong knowledge of lighting and sound systems
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* The ability to work flexibly, including occasional evening events
* A proactive, professional, and calm approach under pressure
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
