Ninja is redefining home innovation—and we’re looking for a high-impact, commercially sharp Marketing Manager to lead the charge across EMEA for our Indoor Heated Category. This is your chance to shape one of SharkNinja’s founding, most exciting and fast-growing categories in a role that blends strategy, storytelling, and flawless execution.

As part of our dynamic Global Marketing team, you’ll own the Go-to-Market strategy—from insight to execution. You’ll work hand-in-hand with global and local teams to craft product stories that resonate, launch plans that deliver, and campaigns that cut through.

What You’ll Do

* Define and deliver high-impact marketing—smart, creative, and hands-on
* Lead the Go-to-Market strategy for your category—identifying, planning, and executing impactful launches across EMEA
* Be the go-to person between global and local teams—aligning messaging, shaping priorities, and keeping things moving forward
* Own local product storytelling, working with retail, media, PR, and digital teams to bring launches to life
* Deliver sharp retailer presentations and product demos that win hearts (and shelf and onsite space)
* Track how campaigns and launches are doing—and act fast when things drift
* Represent the voice of the consumer, category, and market across the business—translating insight into action

What You’ll Bring

* 5+ years’ experience in product or category marketing, ideally in consumer goods or a fast-paced commercial environment
* A balance of strategic vision and operational excellence—you see the big picture but thrive in the detail
* Strong storytelling skills and commercial thinking—you can connect insight, narrative, and results
* Excellent stakeholder management—you align, influence, and inspire cross-functional teams
* Energy, agility, and a passion for bringing big ideas to life
