Ideally, you will sell a technical solution to an automated environment within the food processing sector. Salary & Compensation
* Base salary: GBP 50,000–60,000 per annum
* OTE: GBP 84,000 per annum with uncapped commission

Location & Commute
Covering Scotland with commutable locations: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee, Carlisle, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Sunderland.
Responsibilities
* Account management and new business development across a well-established, high‑potential territory.
* Drive sales of high‑quality packaging & process machinery solutions to food manufacturers.
* Collaborate with a dedicated pre‑sales technical team and post‑order project management to focus on driving sales and managing customer relationships.
* Generate new leads and nurture existing accounts to achieve quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in external sales for industrial, technical, automation or engineering markets.
* Sold capital equipment and/or sold to the food industry.
* Qualified Mechanical or Electrical / Electronic Engineer.
* Enthusiastic, ambitious and capable of developing new business while managing and developing existing accounts.
