We are seeking a dynamic Director of Quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring continous improvement, enhancing the quality of teaching, learning and assessment and driving innovation and excellence across all Further Education and Higher Education provision in the College. You will lead key professional support teams including Quality, Examinations and the College Learning Centres.
We are looking to recruit an exceptional leader who can inspire and support staff and students to thrive in our busy learning environment. With proven experience in achieving educational excellence, the postholder will promote a culture of continous improvement, high aspiration and inclusion, supporting the College in achieving its mission 'toinspire, educate and support our diverse community to reach its potential'.
As a member of the College Management Team, the postholder will play an integral role in delivering to the College Strategic Plan, whilst having responsibility for quality, teaching and learning, budget management, human and physical resource management, higher education and the quality of the student experience.

Job Title: Director of Quality
Salary: Job family Group (SCP 46 to SCP 50) £59,624 to £67,116 per annum pro rata depending on qualifications and experience
(depending on qualifications and experience). There will be an opportunity for progression within this pay range.
Hours: 37 hours per week, 1.0 FTE, Permanent
