Responsibilities
* Processing work orders and assigning consultants in adherence with client budgets
* Updating various systems such as Salesforce, ERP and other project trackers
* Managing invoices and purchase orders
* Ensuring that expense receipts and documents are correct for client invoicing purposes
* Monitoring billing and ensuring that payments are made and recorded correctly
* Liaising with clients and internal staff to resolve any queries
Qualifications
* Recent graduate, or have a degree coupled with experience in an office setting
