EthosEnergy A&C, now part of Wencor Group, is currently recruiting for a part-time HR Generalist to join the team in Aberdeen, UK.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day HR enquiries from employees and managers within the BU.
* Support the payroll and HR administration for the facility.
* Manage the talent acquisition process and collaborate with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for job openings.
* Administer the onboarding and new hire process.
* Recommend and research learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
* Support employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
* Maintain compliance and provide specialist advice regarding local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
* Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
* Contribute to EH HR projects to add value to the HR team.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organisation's HRIS and talent management systems.
Experience
* Significant experience of Generalist HR work within the UK.
Education Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* HR certification desirable.
Physical Requirements
* Office‑based.
