Job Purpose: As a Sales Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth for our Lightning Protection Testing & Inspection division. Your role involves proactively responding to direct inquiries, preparing repair and upgrade quotations, and following up to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Repair Sales: Prepare and follow up on quotations generated from engineer worksheets, direct client inquiries, and referrals to drive sales.
* Sales Reporting: Provide weekly sales reports to the Sales Director, detailing activities and new business secured.
* Customer Education: Inform and educate clients on safety compliance requirements within the lightning protection sector.
* Database Management: Maintain accurate and timely client records.
* Sales Administration: Handle related administrative tasks, including quotations and correspondence.
Key Challenges: You will be working in a highly competitive space where building strong client relationships is crucial. With a team consisting of two Business Development Managers and six Sales Coordinators, your focus will be on existing clients' repair and upgrade needs....
