We are looking for Clinical Educators to join the Oncology & Haematology department here at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital. Education and supporting a team is key to a successful and competent team which would be led by the successful candidate. This post would also support with educational programmers' in enhancing care and education to support our patients journey. Main duties of the job: Support and develop evidence-based nursing practice through education, training, and development in Oncology & Haematology nursing. Demonstrate expertise in all aspects in the provision of this care. To facilitate and take part in the professional development and training of all nursing staff within the Oncology and Haematology Department and to promote clinical excellence in Oncology and Haematology Nursing, both within the Directorate and Trust-wide. To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH's 'PRIDE' values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence and demonstrate behaviours that support and encourage an inclusive culture.
